EzyParty Rentals Policies

CUSTOMER PICKUP & DROP OFF ONLY. EzyParty Rentals is CURRENT NOT DOING DELIVERY. (Customer must pick up n drop off the items same day or next day) depending on your booking date and time we maybe can do the delivery for you. We do charge a fee base on location and distances. At EzyParty Rentals, we are committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality rental items for your events. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following policies. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking: Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your rental items, we recommend booking as early as possible.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied to your final balance.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event date. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
  • Late Payments: If the final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be subject to cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit all payments made.
  • Cancellation by EzyParty Rentals: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If you need to cancel your event due to inclement weather, we offer a rescheduling option at no additional cost, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations.

 

3. Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery Area: We provide delivery and setup services within the Lawrenceville, GA area and surrounding communities. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery and set-up times will be scheduled in advance. We strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time, but please allow a 1–2-hour window for delivery.
  • Client Responsibility: The client must ensure that the set-up area is clean, clear, and accessible prior to our arrival. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.
  • Pick-Up: All rental items must be ready for pick-up at the agreed-upon time. Any delays in pick-up due to client issues may result in additional charges.

 

4. Rental Period

  • Standard Rental Period: Our standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Extended rental periods are available for an additional fee.
  • Late Returns: If rental items are not returned on time, a late fee will be charged for each additional day. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental period.

 

 5. Damage and Loss

  • Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rental items from the time of delivery until they are returned. Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items will be the client's responsibility.
  • Damage Fees: A damage deposit may be required for certain items. If items are returned damaged or missing, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the damage deposit or charged to the client.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: We understand that normal wear and tear occurs. However, any excessive damage or stains will be subject to additional fees.

 

 6. Safety and Usage

  • Proper Use: All rental items must be used for their intended purposes only. The client is responsible for ensuring that items are used safely and appropriately.
  • Supervision: Adult supervision is required for all inflatable rentals and other items intended for children's use. EzyParty Rentals is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.

 

 7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: EzyParty Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of our rental items. The client assumes all risk and responsibility for the safety of their guests.
  • Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold EzyParty Rentals harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our rental items.

 

 8. Customer Satisfaction

  • Quality Guarantee: We take pride in offering high-quality rental items. If you are not satisfied with any item upon delivery, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
  • Feedback: We value your feedback and strive to improve our services. Please let us know how we can better serve you in the future.
